其宣称受英国FCA542854和美国NFA监管，经查询，FCA542854和对应的平台名称为RCMA Capital LLP，FCA上登记的平台网址为：www.rcma-asset.com，不做外汇业务。
在NFA官网输入“THG FOREX”“THG”，均无任何搜索结果。请注意，目前有NFA监管的零售外汇交易商仅Gain FOREX.COM嘉盛和OANDA安达两家，都是老牌经纪商，请远离任何宣传是NFA监管的新平台。
该平台网站中英文页面底部还出现了两个完全不一致的公司名称，中文页面是“信和THG金融投资集团公司 Pty Ltd”，英文页面是“UBS Pty Ltd”，显示是虚假平台！
